Ray, Ace and Kallen are blessing us up from the other side.
Working on the album with so many amazing artists has been an incredible experience of alchemizing grief, healing through creativity and making dreams come true.
Almost ten years in the making, Family Affair truly is a work of art from a family of friends who are talented musicians, lyricists, rappers, singers and DJ’s. Each person has dedicated their time and soul creativity to getting this album done. It is a tremendous honor for each of us to be a part of. Something quite magical is happening. I implore you to give it a listen again and again. There is so much here to hear, to relate to and to be inspired and comforted by. Please check it out.
Since the album is still in the works, we are only sharing two of the completed songs at this time on Ace’s Soundcloud account.
Very soon in July, 30 minutes of the album will be live streamed on a charity event called Keep the Dream Alive - a nonprofit fundraiser event raising money and awareness for kids art and music programs. A very worthwhile event and will be the debut of the first part of Family Affair - please tune in.
